By creating a club workspace or accessing My Club Hub, you agree to use the platform lawfully, protect login credentials, and ensure staff roles reflect real organisational authority — especially for medical and financial modules.

Subscription plans (Academy, Club, Professional, Enterprise) define included modules, seat limits, and support levels. Misuse, attempts to bypass tenant isolation, or unauthorised access to another club’s data are grounds for suspension.
